This is What it Sounds Like When Men Don't Cry
"This is What it Sounds Like When Doves Cry" by Prince was Mike's inspiration to show the effects of men hiding their emotions and not reaching out to people when they are at their lowest. I know from bitter experience what this can lead to as my father took his own life and I tried to take mine.
From our "One More Light" range as a nod towards the Linkin Park song which itself is a tribute to Chris Cornell, lead singer/song writer with Audioslave who took his own life. We have been inspired by song lyrics and we will be using them to create more designs for this range.
Both Mike and our founder, John, care about suicide awareness and the effects it has on the people left behind. It is our sincere hope that in this week being Mental Health Awareness Week, EVERYONE checks in on someone they know and listens to what isn't being said.
